The Plans

How many times after you've been to a new destination have you told yourself  "we have to come back here"?  Typically after you get home the idea gets put on the back burner.
Well not this time!  In April 2013 we spent a weekend in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico and just knew that we had to return. Of course it helped that we discovered we had enough FF Miles to get us there.  The fact that we had a stop in Panama gave us the idea to stay there too and explore.


Our plans are to arrive in San Juan, Puerto Rico on December 1, 2013. We will be staying for one month in the residential part of the Condado area of San Juan. Our goal is to experience Puerto Rican daily life, the Christmas holidays, explore the island and simply just have fun. Beginning January 1, 2014 we will start our 8 days of driving around the island. Our first stop will be 3 nights in the center mountain region hiking and exploring. After that we will just be exploring and stopping randomly at different locations. On January 9, 2014 we will depart Puerto Rico for the country of Panama. Here we will explore the city for a few days and then fly to the beautiful archipelago area of Bocas del Toro. We then return to our home in Mexico on January 21, 2014. We look forward to sharing our experiences  and photos with our family and friends.
